Before you can fully enjoy all the benefits of the CRCC field, you’ll need to sign up with the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA), which is the official national organization for model aviation in the U.S. They offer liability insurance and a host of other benefits to their members. You can learn more about the AMA and submit your application through their website. As of this writing, AMA memberships are $85 annually.
